Plan works out analyses, ratings, specific investigations in order to state the path, timing, financial needs and operational terms of residential projects or financial /commercial activities related to the construction field.

This is since long one of the most appreciated fields of activity, because of its progressive development and extension. Analysis, survey, coordination and planning of the single phases of the project, working out on suitable electronic support the main control-means of the project's activity, by stressing on real time the actual shift as well as the relevant recovery-path, has shortly allowed Plan to achieve the confidence of many leading groups.

Our designers operate, from the preliminary phase up to shop drawings and construction's details, the most up-to-date CAD, structural design, architectural and interior decoration's programs, up to tridimensional, virtual and visual presentation of multi-activities projects.

On the basis of the architectural design Plan works out technical specs and detailed bills of quantities with relevant costs-estimate, by identifying timing and required resources. On completion of tender's documents follows safety-plan and contract's agreement. Tender could be managed, when requested, by analysing, evaluating according to the pre-fixed criteria and classifying the incoming bids and approving the final set of contract's documentation.

Such duties are carried out by Plan's engineers with peculiar attention to the technical and safety's rules and regulations in force, to the agreed contract's conditions, to the evaluation of the works-schedule. All the executed works are coordinated and controlled in respect of the tests and inspections, of the quality of the employed materials and installations, of the final account and hand-over. Our technicians are duly qualified and operate as entitled safety's coordinators according to D.Lgs 494/96 art. 4 e art. 5.

Drawing on our experience as managers of construction's companies and always looking after the up-to-date technologies and programs for control of site-production in terms of time and costs, we are able to provide steady monitoring of this problems as well as of the quality of the executed works, moreover on the basis of our recent qualification as experts according to EN-ISO 9000.

Starting from inclusive evaluation of the project by means of tender documents or possible local survey and additional investigation, Plan works out, by mutual agreement with the concerned civil contractor, the overall bid on the basis of our data-bank, duly integrated by specific quotations coming from local suppliers and subcontractors, checks the general schedule as well as the required resources, takes care of the presentation to the customer.

On behalf of italian civil contractors Plan carried-out survey of existing buildings, estimate of plants and equipment, set-up of change-orders, check of time-schedule, cash-flow / financial needs analysis, site-organization and contract's management survey.

After check of the state-of-the-art as well as of the operational and economical targets of the customer, we identify the reorganization-and optimisation-tasks, by assuring the given costs' and time's limits foreseen in the sphere of coordination of the nominated subcontractors.
