 | Bills of quantities, technical specifications, contracts |
On the basis of the architectural design Plan works out technical specs, detailed bills of quantities, cost-estimate, time- and safety-planning. If requested, Plan undertakes the whole tender management by analysing, evaluating according to the pre-fixed criteria, classifying the incoming bids and approving the final set of contract's documentation

Such duties are carried out by Plan's engineers with peculiar attention to the technical and safety's rules and regulations in force, to the agreed contract's conditions, to the evaluation of the works-schedule.
All the executed works are coordinated and controlled in respect of the tests and inspections, of the quality of the employed materials and installations, of the final account and hand-over.
Our technicians are duly qualified and operate as entitled safety's coordinators according to D.Lgs 494/96 art. 4 e art. 5.

Building’s valuation as a whole, with coordination of several technical branches such as building, bioenergetics, solar and photovoltaic energy. Identifying and application of active and passive systems, suitable to improve and/or assure the environmental efficiency required by the L. Decree 192/2005, 311/2006. Classification and certification through a skilled staff and on the basis of CENED procedures of Lombardy Region. Management of income-tax deduction procedure according to the working financial act as well as to the energy balance.

 | Real estate valuation – Due Diligence |
Technical appraisal of the building’s present condition, check of the incoming documentation, economic valuation according to acknowledged criteria, drafting of a due diligence. Specification of the economical and operational targets of the customer and subsequent identification of the refurbishment’s-, readjustment’s and optimisation’s stages, granting an accurate valuation of the envisaged costs and timing.
